1. Support the design team in executing seasonal concepts for men's retail leather goods.
2. Assist in coordinating seasonal materials, colors, and hardware selections.
3. Ensure design integrity is upheld throughout the development process, from concept to engineering and commercialization.
4. Conduct trend research and contribute to the development of seasonal mood boards and design inspiration.
5. Prepare and organize presentation materials, including creating boards and assisting in meeting preparations.
6. Generate and update color CADs throughout the season.
7. Develop design flats and technical drawings using Adobe Illustrator.
8. Maintain and update design cards throughout the development process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to Tech Design.
9. Ensure all prototypes are available for product presentations.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
2. 1+ years of experience in handbag/accessory design or equivalent experience.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
4. Strong hand sketching ability, including flat sketches.
5. A well-developed color sense and awareness of current fashion trends.
6. Passion for vintage clothing and accessories.
7. Experience in a fashion or luxury brand environment is a plus.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in handbag or accessory design, preferably within a fashion or luxury brand environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.

Base pay range from $64,350.00 to $65,000.00 annually.
