1. Assist in the design and development of hardware components for accessories and leather goods.
2. Collaborate with senior designers to conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions.
3. Support the creation of technical drawings and specifications for production.
4. Participate in design reviews and contribute to the selection of materials and finishes.
5. Maintain an organized archive of design materials and samples.

1. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a design program.
2. Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity.
3. Basic understanding of hardware design and manufacturing processes.

1. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and CAD programs.
2. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
3. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

No prior professional experience required, but relevant internships or projects are advantageous.

Pursuing or completed a degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
