Coach Client Development Manager

- Support the implementation of clienteling initiatives, fostering a robust clienteling culture within Coach.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including Marketing, CRM, Training, Merchandising, IT, and Retail.
- Drive client retention and sales growth, focusing on top existing clients and new high-potential clients.
- Plan and execute client events to enhance affinity with Coach across various client segments, including VIPs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to leverage insights for client events and promotions.
- Manage the annual gifting plan for both retail and outlet channels using internal systems.
- Optimize local deployment of global clienteling initiatives, maintaining communication with US headquarters.
- Collaborate with local Marketing, VM, Legal, and Retail teams to align customer event strategies with business priorities.
- Manage budgets in compliance with quality and deadlines, developing budget allocations for the annual activity calendar.
- Identify and manage relationships with external suppliers and partners to ensure high-quality execution.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Over 3 years of experience in client development or event coordination
- Sales associate experience is advantageous
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 750+)
- Proficiency in IT tools such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong interest in marketing trends and creative thinking
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English
- Analytical skills with the ability to generate new ideas
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Ability to implement strategies, monitor progress, and adjust to achieve objectives
A minimum of 3 years in client development, event coordination, or related fields. Experience in luxury brands is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
