Client Development Manager

1. Support the implementation of clienteling initiatives and build a strong clienteling culture.
2. Plan and execute client events to increase affinity with Coach and nurture clients from new to VIP segments.
3. Analyze market trends and competitor activities related to client events and promotions.
4. Operate annual gifting plan for both retail and outlet channels.
5. Optimize local deployment of global clienteling initiatives and guidelines.
6. Collaborate with local Marketing, VM, Legal, and Retail teams to drive customer events strategy.
7. Manage budgets in compliance with quality and deadlines.
8. Identify and manage relationships with external suppliers and partners.

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2. Over 3 years of client development or event coordination experience
3. Native level Japanese and business level English language skills
4. Strong interest in marketing trends and creative thinking
5. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
6. Effective written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English
7. Analytical skills and ability to generate new ideas
8. Organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
9. Ability to implement strategies and monitor progress

1. General IT skills such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
2. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
3. Effective communication and presentation skills
4. Analytical and creative thinking
5. Organizational and multi-tasking abilities

Over 3 years of client development or event coordination experience, with sales associate experience being a plus. Experience in luxury brands is advantageous.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
