CoachClient Development Manager

- Support the implementation of clienteling initiatives and build a strong clienteling culture.
- Plan and execute client events to increase affinity with Coach and nurture clients from new to VIP segments.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities related to client events and promotions.
- Operate annual gifting plan for both retail and outlet channels.
- Optimize local deployment of global clienteling initiatives and guidelines.
- Collaborate with local Marketing, VM, Legal, and Retail teams to drive customer events strategy.
- Manage budgets in compliance with quality and deadlines.
- Identify and manage relationships with external suppliers and partners.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Over 3 years of client development or event coordination experience
- Native level Japanese and business level English language skills
- Strong interest in marketing trends and creative thinking
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English
- Analytical skills and ability to generate new ideas
- Organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Ability to implement strategies and monitor progress
- General IT skills such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Analytical and creative thinking
- Organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Over 3 years of client development or event coordination experience, with sales associate experience being a plus. Experience in luxury brands is advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
