1. Deliver exceptional and authentic service to create a modern luxury customer experience.
2. Foster an environment of teamwork, trust, and collaboration with peers, customers, and supervisors.
3. Capture customer information to build and maintain long-term relationships.
4. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the cashwrap and ensure checkout operations comply with company policies.
5. Complete transactions accurately while identifying sales associate productivity without disrupting the service environment.
6. Resolve customer concerns promptly and efficiently, involving a manager when necessary.

1. 1-3 years of previous selling or cashier experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1. Proficiency in cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad/laptop and Mobile POS.
2. Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
3. Ability to maneuver sales floor and meet moderate stockroom lifting and store climbing requirements.
4. Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

1-3 years of experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
