Coach Cashier

- Deliver renowned and authentic service to create a Modern Luxury customer experience.
- Support an environment of teamwork, trust, and collaboration with peers, customers, and supervisors.
- Capture customer information to maintain and build long-term relationships.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the cashwrap; ensure checkout operations comply with Coach policy.
- Complete each transaction accurately while identifying sales associate productivity without disrupting the service environment.
- Resolve customer concerns and meet customer needs in a timely manner through solution-oriented and forward-thinking approaches, involving a manager when necessary.
- 1-3 years of previous selling/cashier experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills, including the use of iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to maneuver sales floor and meet moderate stockroom lifting and store climbing requirements.
- Flexibility to work a schedule that meets the needs of the business, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
1-3 years of previous selling/cashier experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
