1. Greet customers with a smile and eye contact, offering personal assistance.
2. Maintain accuracy when operating the POS system and handle cash transactions.
3. Organize and clean the cash wrap area.
4. Suggest additional products and sell gift cards.
5. Receive and process shipments and transfers according to company standards.
6. Organize and maintain the stockroom and warehouse.
7. Replenish sales floor and execute visual merchandising needs.
8. Communicate product information and availability to customers.
9. Participate in inventory counts and maintain loss prevention standards.

1. 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1. Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills.
2. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
3. Physical ability to maneuver the sales floor and stockroom, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
