- Greet customers with a smile and eye contact, offering personal assistance.
- Maintain accuracy when operating the POS system and handle cash transactions.
- Organize and clean the cash wrap area.
- Suggest additional products and sell gift cards.
- Receive and process shipments and transfers according to company standards.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom and warehouse.
- Replenish sales floor and execute visual merchandising needs.
- Communicate product information and availability to customers.
- Participate in inventory counts and maintain loss prevention standards.
- 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Physical ability to maneuver the sales floor and stockroom, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
