- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their purchases.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
- Assist in restocking and merchandising of products as needed.
- Previous experience in a retail environment preferred.
- Strong numerical and cash handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in operating point-of-sale systems.
At least 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
