1. Greet customers with a smile and eye contact, offering personal introductions.
2. Engage with customers genuinely to understand and fulfill their needs.
3. Conduct email and name capture, adhering to legal guidelines.

5. Ensure cash wrap cleanliness and organization.
6. Suggest additional products and sell gift cards.

1. 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1. Proficiency in cash register systems and basic computer skills.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
4. Capability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

1-3 years of retail experience, ideally within a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
