1. Oversee daily operations of the café, ensuring high standards of customer service and product quality.
2. Manage and train café staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.
3. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking of products.
4. Implement and maintain health and safety standards in compliance with local regulations.
5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
6. Prepare reports on café performance and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

1. Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or retail sector.
2. Strong understanding of café operations and customer service principles.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory position within the hospitality or retail industry is required.
