Coach Barista

1. Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks following recipes and customer preferences.
2. Operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
3. Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, taking orders, and handling transactions.
4. Maintain a clean and organized workplace, including counters, equipment, and customer seating areas.
5. Stock and replenish coffee supplies, syrups, pastries, and other items as needed.
6. Educate customers on different coffee options, brewing methods, and menu items.
7. Ensure proper sanitation and safety standards are followed at all times.
8. Assist with opening and closing duties.
9. Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.

1. Prior experience as a barista or in a café setting is preferred.
2. Available to work flexible hours/shifts that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Strong communication and customer service skills.
2. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Ability to stand for extended periods.
5. Can lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.

10. Work as part of a team and build relationships.

Prior experience as a barista or in a café setting is preferred.
