Coach Barista

- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment efficiently.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including counters, equipment, and seating areas.
- Stock and replenish coffee supplies, syrups, pastries, and other items as needed.
- Educate customers on various coffee options, brewing methods, and menu items.
- Ensure adherence to proper sanitation and safety standards at all times.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.
- Prior experience as a barista or in a café setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Capability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
- Effective client service skills.
- Proven organizational skills.
- Experience with food and beverage operating systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships.
Prior experience as a barista or in a café setting is preferred.
