1. Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks, adhering to recipes and customer preferences.
2. Operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment efficiently.
3. Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and managing transactions.
4. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including counters, equipment, and customer seating areas.
5. Stock and replenish coffee supplies, syrups, pastries, and other items as needed.
6. Educate customers on various coffee options, brewing methods, and menu items.
7. Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards at all times.
8. Assist with opening and closing duties.
9. Handle customer complaints professionally.

1. Prior experience as a barista or in a café setting is preferred.
2. Strong communication and customer service skills.
3. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash.
4. Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
2. Capability to stand for extended periods.
3. Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
4. Effective client service skills.
5. Proven organizational skills.
6. Experience with food and beverage operating systems.
7. Strong interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships.

Previous experience in a barista or café role is preferred.
