1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in retail training and development.
3. Strong understanding of retail operations and sales strategies.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail training and development, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
