Coach Associate Manager, Digital Project Management

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to plan and execute marketing initiatives that adhere to brand guidelines and performance objectives.
- Manage project workflows utilizing a project management platform to ensure efficient planning, scheduling, and execution of asset production across media channels.
- Oversee digital uploads and localization for North America and International Coach Outlet and Retail channels.
- Facilitate alignment between Coach and agency partners on creative strategy, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, communicate updates to stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
- Identify risks, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure all project goals are clearly communicated and met.
- Develop and document standards and best practices to streamline workflows and improve processes.
- 1+ years of relevant experience; a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Ability to multi-task projects with equal priority and anticipate issues.
- Excellent attention to detail, superior communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to build effective partnerships and make prudent decisions under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and timely delivery of projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management software (Adobe Workfront a plus).
- Ability to interact successfully with individuals at all levels.
- Fashion or equivalent retail experience is advantageous.
A minimum of one year of relevant experience in project management, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
Base pay range from $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 annually.
