Coach Associate, Global Merchandising

1. Assist in the development and execution of global merchandising strategies for Ready-to-Wear (RTW) collections.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, and retail to ensure cohesive product launches.
3. Analyze market trends and consumer feedback to inform merchandising decisions.
4. Support the preparation of seasonal line plans and product assortments.
5. Contribute to the development of pricing strategies and promotional activities.

1. Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field.
2. Previous experience in merchandising or retail, preferably within the fashion industry.
3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong organizational and time management skills.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandising or a related field within the fashion industry is required.
