Coach Assistant Store Manager

- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Supervise and motivate retail staff to meet sales targets.
- Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
- Coordinate with the visual merchandising team to maintain store aesthetics.
- Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in luxury fashion.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
