1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
3. Supervise and motivate retail staff to meet sales targets.
4. Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
5. Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
6. Coordinate with the visual merchandising team to maintain store aesthetics.

1. Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in luxury fashion.
2. Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
