1. Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
2. Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and profitability goals.
3. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
4. Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.
5. Manage inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.
6. Implement company policies and procedures to uphold brand standards.

1. Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury sector.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
5. Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
