1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
3. Support the achievement of sales targets and store profitability.
4. Supervise and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals.
5. Maintain store presentation standards and inventory management.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

1. Previous experience in retail management or a similar role.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Proficiency in Mandarin and English.

A minimum of 2 years in a retail management position, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
