Assistant Store Manager

1. Expand sales share and enhance customer service.
2. Ensure the store provides high-quality customer service.
3. Collaborate with the regional manager to plan and achieve sales targets.
4. Provide employee training and development plans.
5. Manage inventory and maintain accurate inventory records.
6. Reduce loss rates.
7. Ensure all HR records are completed accurately and on time.
8. Identify external factors and development trends and make strategic adjustments accordingly.
9. Ensure the store meets company standards for service environment.

1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. 8 or more years of retail experience, with at least 5 years in retail management, preferably in mid-to-high-end consumer brands.
3. Professional ethics and outstanding leadership skills.
4. Excellent coordination, organizational, and team-building skills.
5. Outstanding strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
6. Good English communication skills.
