Coach Assistant Store Manager

- Expand sales share and enhance customer service.
- Ensure the store provides premium customer service.
- Collaborate with the regional manager to plan and achieve sales targets.
- Provide training and development plans for staff.
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
- Reduce loss rates.
- Ensure all HR records are completed accurately and on time.
- Identify external factors and trends, making strategic adjustments accordingly.
- Ensure the store meets company standards for service environment.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Minimum of 8 years of retail experience, with at least 5 years in retail management, preferably in mid-to-high-end consumer brands.
- Professional ethics and outstanding leadership abilities.
- Excellent coordination, organizational, and team-building skills.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Courage to provide relevant feedback and address issues directly.
- Creativity in generating new and unique ideas.
- Customer orientation to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to change.
- Motivation to achieve results consistently.
- Expertise in interpersonal relations across all levels.
- Quick learning ability and openness to change.
A minimum of 8 years in retail, with at least 5 years in a management role within mid-to-high-end consumer brands.
Bachelor's degree or higher.
