1. Expand sales share and enhance customer service.
2. Ensure the store provides premium customer service.
3. Collaborate with the regional manager to plan and achieve sales targets.
4. Provide training and development plans for staff.
5. Manage inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
6. Reduce loss rates.
7. Ensure all HR records are completed accurately and on time.
8. Identify external factors and trends, making strategic adjustments accordingly.
9. Ensure the store meets company standards for service environment.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher.
2. Minimum of 8 years of retail experience, with at least 5 years in retail management, preferably in mid-to-high-end consumer brands.
3. Professional ethics and outstanding leadership abilities.
4. Excellent coordination, organizational, and team-building skills.
5. Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
6. Proficient in English communication.
