1. Support the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Drive sales and profitability by achieving store sales targets and monitoring key performance indicators.
3. Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of store presentation.
4. Assist in recruiting, training, and developing store staff to enhance team performance.
5. Implement and uphold company policies, procedures, and standards.
6. Facilitate effective communication between store management and staff.
7. Manage inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.

1. Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.

4. Proficiency in retail software and point-of-sale systems.
