1. Support the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Drive sales and profitability through effective leadership and customer service.
3. Ensure the store meets or exceeds all financial goals and objectives.
4. Foster a positive and engaging environment for both customers and employees.
5. Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
6. Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's aesthetic appeal.
