1. Support the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Drive sales and profitability through effective leadership and customer service.
3. Ensure the store meets all operational standards and procedures.

5. Assist in recruiting, training, and developing store staff.
6. Manage inventory levels and merchandising to optimize sales.
