1. Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including sales generation and customer service.
2. Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
3. Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals and profitability targets.
4. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
5. Oversee inventory management and loss prevention strategies.
6. Foster a positive and motivating work environment for all team members.

A minimum of 2 years in a retail management role, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
