1. Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with the Store Manager to achieve organizational objectives.
2. Monitor and track store performance, ensuring alignment with company priorities and values.
3. Cultivate a clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships and drive business growth.
4. Act as a brand ambassador, engaging with local communities and initiatives to enhance brand loyalty.
5. Resolve customer issues promptly, maintaining a solution-oriented approach.
6. Evaluate team performance, providing consistent feedback and development plans.
7. Adhere to retail policies and procedures, leveraging technology to enhance store operations.
8. Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent in partnership with the Store Manager.
9. Manage daily operational tasks, including payroll, staffing, and loss prevention.
10. Maintain the store's aesthetic and safety standards in collaboration with corporate partners.

1. 1 to 3 years of management experience in a luxury retail environment.
2. Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
3. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
2. Experience with retail systems such as labor management and inventory systems.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

1 to 3 years of previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
