- Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with the Store Manager to achieve organizational objectives.
- Monitor and track store performance, ensuring alignment with company priorities and values.
- Cultivate a clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships and drive business growth.
- Act as a brand ambassador, engaging with local communities and initiatives to enhance brand loyalty.
- Resolve customer issues promptly, maintaining a solution-oriented approach.

- 1 to 3 years of management experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with retail systems such as labor management and inventory systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
1 to 3 years of previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
