1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth across all categories, in collaboration with the Store Manager.
2. Monitor and track store performance, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and company values.
3. Foster a clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships and drive business goals.
4. Serve as a brand ambassador in the market to enhance loyalty and business through community engagement.
5. Resolve customer issues promptly with a solution-oriented approach, partnering with the Store Manager as needed.
6. Evaluate team performance, providing consistent feedback and developing action plans for continuous improvement.
7. Adhere to retail policies and procedures, leveraging Coach's tools and technology to support store operations.
8. Recruit, onboard, and maintain top talent, creating a robust talent bench in partnership with the Store Manager.
9. Manage daily operational tasks, including payroll, staffing, scheduling, merchandising, and loss prevention.
10. Maintain the store's aesthetic and safety standards in collaboration with the corporate office.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
