- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth across all categories, in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Monitor and track store performance, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and company values.

- Recruit, onboard, and maintain top talent, creating a robust talent bench in partnership with the Store Manager.
- Manage daily operational tasks, including payroll, staffing, scheduling, merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Maintain the store's aesthetic and safety standards in collaboration with the corporate office.
- Proven track record in retail management with a focus on sales and operations.
