1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained to reflect the brand's image.
4. Manage inventory levels and ensure stock replenishment is timely and accurate.
5. Support in recruiting, training, and developing store staff.
