1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and ensure the store meets its sales targets.
2. Supervise and motivate retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance store presentation.
4. Manage inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.
5. Facilitate training sessions for new employees and ongoing staff development.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
7. Support marketing initiatives and promotional events to drive sales.

1. Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a luxury brand environment.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
