- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational objectives in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Monitor and drive store performance, ensuring alignment with company priorities and values.
- Foster a clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships and achieve business goals.
- Act as a brand ambassador, engaging in market and mall initiatives to enhance brand loyalty.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, partnering with the Store Manager or District Manager as necessary.
- Evaluate team performance and provide consistent feedback to support continuous development.
- Recruit, onboard, and maintain top talent, creating a robust talent bench.
- Manage daily operational tasks, including sales, service, payroll, and loss prevention, in accordance with Coach standards.
- Utilize Coach's tools and technology to support store operations and service.
- Maintain the store's aesthetic and safety standards in partnership with the corporate office.
- 1 to 3 years of management experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
- Strong business acumen and strategic agility.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail systems.
- Ability to manage and develop a team effectively.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
1 to 3 years of previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Base pay range from $22.50 to $37.25 per hour.
