1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
3. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
4. Support the Store Manager in recruiting, training, and supervising staff.
5. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team.
6. Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales to maximize profitability.
7. Handle customer complaints and queries in a professional manner.

1. Proven experience as a retail manager or in a similar managerial role.
2. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
3. Familiarity with retail management software and inventory management systems.

3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
