Coach Assistant Store Manager

- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Support the achievement of store sales targets and profitability goals.
- Coordinate staff schedules to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages team collaboration.
- Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues efficiently.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
- Proven experience in a retail management role.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management position, preferably within the fashion industry.
