Coach Assistant Store Manager

- Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with the Store Manager to achieve organizational objectives.
- Monitor and track store performance, ensuring alignment with company priorities and values.
- Manage productivity and hold the management team accountable for personal and team contributions.
- Develop and execute clienteling strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Adapt to changing market conditions and support the execution of sales strategies and tactics.
- Serve as a brand ambassador in the market to drive customer loyalty and business growth.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, partnering with the Store Manager and District Manager as necessary.
- Foster long-term relationships with customers to drive business success.
- Ensure daily tasks are completed without compromising service standards.
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with team members and peers.
- Evaluate team performance and provide consistent feedback for continuous development.
- Adhere to all retail policies and procedures, including POS and operations.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Manage daily operational tasks, including selling, service expectations, payroll, human resources, and loss prevention.
- Maintain the aesthetic and safety standards of the store in partnership with the corporate office.
- 1 to 3 years of previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
- Drive for results and ability to exceed goals consistently.
- Strong customer focus and ability to build effective relationships.
- Creativity in developing new ideas and solutions.
- Interpersonal savvy and ability to relate well to diverse individuals.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- Perseverance and resilience in the face of setbacks.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and uncertainty effectively.

- Ability to build and lead effective teams.

1 to 3 years of management experience in luxury retail.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
