Coach Assistant Store Manager

- Drive store sales and profitability by developing and executing sales strategies and initiatives across all categories in partnership with the Store Manager.
- Lead clienteling and customer relationship programmes to cultivate long‑term loyalty and repeat business.
- Coach, mentor and evaluate store associates; create action plans and deliver timely feedback to develop a high‑performing team.
- Manage daily store operations including POS procedures, inventory control, loss prevention and adherence to brand standards.
- Forecast business needs and support payroll, staffing, scheduling and merchandising decisions to optimise productivity.
- Recruit, interview and onboard talent; maintain a talent bench and support succession planning with the Store Manager.
- Resolve customer escalations with a solution‑oriented approach and represent the brand at local market events and partnerships.
- Ensure visual, aesthetic and safety standards of the store interior and exterior in coordination with corporate resources.
- Delegate responsibilities, empower team members and foster a positive environment that promotes shared goals and recognition.
- 1–3 years of prior management experience in a luxury retail or premium service environment preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building client relationships.
- Proven ability to coach, develop and manage retail teams; experience with performance management and action planning.
- Familiarity with retail operations including POS procedures, inventory control and loss prevention.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail traffic periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally; capable of standing, bending and moving merchandise.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
