1. Support the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Drive sales and profitability through effective leadership and customer service.
3. Assist in recruiting, training, and developing store staff to enhance performance.
4. Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained to reflect the brand's image.
5. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.
6. Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase store traffic.
7. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
