1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
3. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
4. Support the recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
5. Monitor inventory levels and order new items as needed.
6. Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales volumes to maximize profits.

1. Proven experience as a retail assistant manager or in a similar role.
2. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
3. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
4. Familiarity with financial and customer service principles.
