1. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
2. Support the achievement of sales targets and KPIs through effective team management and customer engagement.
3. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising in alignment with brand guidelines.
4. Foster a positive work environment by leading, motivating, and developing the store team.
