1. Support the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met and maintained.
3. Assist in driving sales performance and achieving sales targets.
4. Oversee inventory management and visual merchandising.
5. Train, develop, and motivate staff to optimize store performance.
6. Implement company policies and procedures effectively.
7. Contribute to the development of marketing and promotional strategies.

2. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
