1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Drive sales performance and achieve sales targets through effective leadership and customer service.
3. Ensure the store's visual presentation and merchandising align with brand standards.
4. Supervise and mentor store staff, providing training and development opportunities.
5. Manage inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.
6. Implement marketing and promotional strategies to enhance store visibility and customer engagement.

1. Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

A minimum of 2 years in a retail management position, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
