1. Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, customer service, and staff management.
2. Assist in achieving sales targets and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
3. Supervise and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity and engagement.
4. Manage inventory levels and ensure merchandise is displayed according to brand standards.
5. Implement and uphold operational policies and procedures to ensure store compliance.
6. Facilitate training and development programs for store associates.

1. Previous retail management experience, preferably in a luxury or fashion environment.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
3. Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service excellence.

4. Proficiency in retail management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within the retail sector, with a focus on luxury or fashion brands.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
