1. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely replenishment.
4. Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store's aesthetic and drive sales.
5. Manage staff scheduling and ensure adequate floor coverage at all times.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
7. Support the Store Manager in recruiting, training, and developing store staff.

2. Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing teams.
