1. Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and operational excellence.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve individual and team sales goals.
3. Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of store staff to enhance performance and productivity.
4. Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment and loss prevention measures.
5. Ensure the store's visual merchandising standards are maintained to reflect the brand's image and appeal to customers.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any escalated issues to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

1. Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a retail management position is required.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
