Coach Assistant Store Manager

- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues promptly.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate product shipments and transfers.
- Implement and monitor compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and developing store staff.
- Previous experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and retail management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and maneuvering products.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a retail management position, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
Base pay ranges from $22.50 to $37.25 per hour.
