Coach Assistant Store Manager

- Support the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
- Drive sales performance by ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage scheduling to meet business needs, including peak retail periods.
- Facilitate effective communication between store teams and corporate office.
- Previous experience in a retail management role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business results.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with retail systems such as labor management and inventory systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
Base pay range from $22.00 to $30.50 per hour.
