Coach Assistant Store Manager

1. Manage retail operations and ensure a high level of customer service.
2. Oversee inventory systems and sales reporting.
3. Ensure effective communication with customers and team members.
4. Maintain store presentation and product organization.
5. Support the store manager in achieving sales goals.

1. Ability to execute tasks at a fast pace.
2. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
3. Physical ability to maneuver the sales floor and stock room, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

1. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
2. Experience with retail systems such as labor management and inventory systems.
3. Customer focus and interpersonal savvy.
4. Ability to handle ambiguity and drive for results.

Experience in retail management or a related field is preferred.

Base pay range is $22.00 to $30.50 hourly.
