Responsibilities
- Manage retail operations and ensure a high level of customer service.
- Oversee inventory systems and sales reporting.
- Ensure effective communication with customers and team members.
- Maintain store presentation and product organization.
- Support the store manager in achieving sales goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to execute tasks at a fast pace.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Physical ability to maneuver the sales floor and stock room, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
Skills
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with retail systems such as labor management and inventory systems.
- Customer focus and interpersonal savvy.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and drive for results.
Experience Requirements
Experience in retail management or a related field is preferred.
Compensation
Base pay range is $22.00 to $30.50 hourly.
