1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and achieving sales targets.
2. Supervise and guide sales associates to enhance customer experience and meet store objectives.
3. Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained to reflect brand guidelines.
4. Manage inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure stock availability.
5. Implement and uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.

1. Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
2. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
3. Familiarity with retail operations and sales principles.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop strategies to improve performance.

A minimum of 2 years in a retail management position, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
