1. Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, ensuring the achievement of sales goals and operational excellence.
2. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards.
3. Assist in managing store inventory, including stock management and loss prevention strategies.
4. Implement visual merchandising directives to enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales.
5. Analyze sales reports to identify trends and develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
