1. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
2. Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue.
3. Manage and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards.
4. Coordinate visual merchandising efforts to maintain the store's aesthetic and align with brand guidelines.
5. Handle administrative duties, including inventory management and reporting.
6. Facilitate training and development programs for staff to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
