1. Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, ensuring the achievement of sales goals and operational excellence.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to provide exceptional customer service and achieve performance targets.
3. Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
4. Oversee visual merchandising to maintain brand standards and enhance the customer shopping experience.
5. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
6. Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities within the store.

1. Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a luxury or premium brand environment.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office Suite.
