1. Support the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals and profitability targets.
3. Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
4. Assist in recruiting, training, and developing store staff.
5. Oversee visual merchandising to ensure alignment with brand standards.
6. Manage inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.
7. Implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales.

2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
