1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Drive sales performance by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of store presentation.
3. Support the implementation of marketing and promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
4. Manage and train retail staff to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
5. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure product availability.
6. Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
