1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
3. Support in the implementation of marketing strategies to increase store traffic.
4. Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained.
5. Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets.
6. Handle customer complaints and queries with professionalism.
7. Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
