1. Support the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Drive sales performance to meet or exceed sales goals.
3. Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries or issues.
4. Assist in managing store staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
5. Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance brand presentation.
6. Oversee inventory management and loss prevention strategies.
